Dr Radhesh completed MBBS from Sri Siddhartha Medical college Tumkur and Dortho from Rajah Muthiah Medical college Chidambaram. Dr Radhesh joined Aster MIMS in 2003. Dr Radhesh did his advanced trauma life support course of American College of surgeons at JPN Apex trauma center AIIMS New Delhi, and has been an instructor for ATLS india since 2009. He has been elevated as course director of ATLS India and has been active in imparting ATLS course in India.
