   •   Assistance with hospital admission and discharge processes.

   •   24/7 bystander support during hospital stays.

   •   Coordination with medical staff for updates and care plans.

   •   Emotional support sessions for both patients and family members.

Charges:

   •   Registration Fee: 1500 INR

   •   Daily Fee: 1500 INR (excluding food)

Terms & Conditions

     1.         Eligibility:

        •     Services are available for individuals residing in India, subject to availability.

        •     Clients must provide accurate medical histories and emergency contact information.

     2.         Service Scheduling:

        •     All services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

        •     Cancellations should be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled service to avoid charges.

     3.         Payment Terms:

        •     Registration fees are non-refundable.

        •     Daily fees are to be paid in advance or as per the agreed payment schedule.

     4.         Service Limitations:

        •     Caregivers are not authorized to perform medical procedures beyond their training.

        •     Any changes in the patient’s health condition must be reported immediately.

     5.         Liability:

        •     ShopDoc ANGELS Care is not liable for unforeseen medical emergencies or complications arising during the service period.
