Personal One-on-One Training

Personal one-on-one training package is a fitness package which consists of

*12 sessions per month

*Your coach will understand your lifestyle and goals and will create a customised strength training program for you.

*The classes will take place via video call. You can choose between home-based and gym based workouts. That too for just 7000 per month.
