MGM Li'l Champ Health Check : you don’t need to be an adult to take your health seriously. This basic paediatric package covers the common tests done for most paediatric cases.   The test included in this package are: Blood Grouping and Rh Typing, Complete Blood Count, Glucose Random, 25-hydroxyvitamin D3, Mantoux, Urine Routine, PHC Consultation (Paediatric), PHC Consultation (Dental), PHC Consultation (Eye), and PHC Consultation (Dietitian).  

 

Blood-typing

25-OH VITAMIN D

The 25-hydroxy vitamin D test is the most accurate way to measure how much vitamin D is in your body.

 

Mantoux

The Mantoux or Mendel–Mantoux test (also called the Mantoux screening test, tuberculin sensitivity test, Pirquet test, or PPD test for purified protein derivative) is a tuberculosis (TB) screening and diagnosing method.

The Mantoux test, which is done by injecting 0.1 mL of liquid containing 5 TU PPD (purified protein derivative) into the top layers of skin on the forearm, is the standard recommended tuberculin test. Skin tests should be read 48-72 hours after the injection by doctors.
