About Me

Arya Ashok is working as a consultant psychologist. She completed MSc in Psychology from St. Agnes Centre for Post Graduate Studies and Research and a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Criminology, and English Literature from the School of Social Work Roshni Nilaya. She is working as a career counselor part-time for College Munshi. She is very experienced in taking up individual counseling sessions. She is currently working as a psychology intern at Louise Mount Hospital, Wayanad. She also interned at Indiana hospital, Mangalore. Her area of special interest includes counseling, impulsivity management, relaxation techniques, therapeutic intervention, behavioral modification, remedial training for children, training children with learning disabilities, relationship counseling, anxiety and stress management, and parental training.
