Dr. Farooq completed his MBBS and MD (Pediatrics). His field of expertise includes Care of extreme premature babies, extreme low birth weight babies, surfactant therapy, neonatal non-invasive ventilation-CPAP, HHHFNC, invasive ventilation including HFOV, exchange transfusion and neonatal cardiology. Managing babies with Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia, Neonatal intestinal obstruction, short gut syndrome, Pulmonary Hypertension and use of nitric oxide, and head cooling for Birth Asphyxia. Focused echocardiography, point of care cranial ultrasonography, USG guided vascular access and simulations in ICU.
