Clients are empowered to take an active role in their sessions and develop a deeper understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and behavior.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Through this approach, clients are equipped with coping strategies, relaxation techniques, problem-solving skills, assertiveness training, and social skills training. I am here to guide and support in fostering mental well-being.</p>
