Dr. Srichandran L is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Cardiology with 15 years of experience in the field of medicine and a special interest in interventional cardiology. He specialises in advanced interventional cardiology and he is skilled in performing high-risk complex angioplasties such as Bifurcation Stenting, Left Main Stenting, Intra Vascular Ultrasound (IVUS), Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), Pressure Wire Studies (FFR – Fractional Flow Reserve) and Vein Graft Stenting. His qualification includes MBBS, MD, Post Graduate Diploma in Health Sciences in Diabetology and DM. He also performs other invasive procedures like permanent pacemaker implantation. He has a special interest in the monitoring of ambulatory BP and external loop recorder in heart failure patients at high risk for recurrent admissions.
