Dr. Rakesh Deshmane is Consultant Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeon at Manipal Hospitals, Goa. His educational qualification includes Goa Medical College, Panaji in 2002,MS in General Surgery from Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Government Medical College and Sasson General Hospital, Pune in 2008 and MCh in Cardio-Thoracic and Vascular Surgery from Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research, Bangalore in 2012. He has more than 19 years of experience in this filed. His area of expertise includes beating heart surgery, total arterial revascularization, minimally invasive cardiac surgery, valve repair replacement, vascular endovascular surgery and thoracic surgery.
