What is life?

We all have to question ourselves with the same question at least once. We all are sometimes happy with our life. But what about the other times? In our life, on some days or in some minutes we are unhappy without any reason. And then what we have to gain to do to attain our happiness back is called mental health.

In this 21st century, we even have online techniques to find our mental health, level of stress, and even whether we are depressed or not. But these facilities tell us our real mental condition?.

What exactly is mental health?

Mental health is nothing but the state in which our lips start smiling without faking, our eyes blink with a light of positivity. In this world, there is no particular reason to have depression or mental illness. It has become a fashion to have this case.

As already mentioned, there is no exact cause of mental health. But many factors cause mental issues. They are:

  1. Heridity
  2. Psycological trauma
  3. Chronic medical conditions

What is the main cause of mental issues?

Mental instability is the main cause of mental issues. Mental issues can arise due to a variety of reasons. Heartbroken pain due to death or missing someone, failures in life, lack of confidence, introversion, etc. may be the reasons for all this instability. But they are not the exact reason for all these things. 

Lack of support is one of the main reasons behind this. When we have a bad time we will search for a shoulder. When we don’t get  a shoulder, and eyes to look into your or ears to hear your sorrows, it doesn’t mean that you are alone

The other reason behind this is some times when you’re eager to get something and if you don’t get it- makes you feel uncomfortable. You are accepting the failure.

But when you think about the effort that you put into this will make you worry. Thus this becomes another reason for your illness. Then make your heart feel that when you have done anything it will not be useless. Maybe in any other way, it will become worthwhile.

How do you think positive?

We all have to be positive and make our worst time be the most beautiful time. When you are having a bad time, think that “You are not fat. You are having fat”- that is it is not you who is wrong, it is the time that you are having wrong. It will change.” tomorrow is a new day”.

Spending time alone is okay, but spending time alone is not okay. Because you have friends and families and even your life waiting outside for your smile and presence.

Mental health is not a destination but a process. It is about how you walk not where you are going. Mental health is the thing that needs more attention. It is with our mind in which all our ideologies are stored and so it is important to get a proper mental health condition. Self-care is how you take your power back.

How can you comfort yourself?

Some things to remember will make you feel comfortable even in the worst conditions. Don’t lose your confidence if the entire world comes against you. Be in the state of your own ideology in bad situations.

Don’t change yourself for anyone. If it is your close friend or family, be in your own style. What may be the reason don’t look back on your decision. Once you are in, spend the entire time there.

Saying NO is okay. You don’t have to say yes to everyone if you are not okay with that yes. No means no. The concern is everything behind successful health.

You don’t have to like everyone and not everyone has to like you. It is their wish to like someone and it is also your wish to like someone. All the decisions are according to you. But when you have made a decision don’t take your steps back.

Scientifically mental health is a combination of anxiety, depression, psychosis, and dementia from a biopsychosocial perspective. But what actually is the state of mind in which you feel that the soil under your feet is flowing away because of you.

But just realize that it is the sea that takes the soil from our feet. It is a state of feeling lonely and overwhelmed by insecurity. It makes us feel that we are moving deeper and deeper into the same bareness of despair.

What does poor mental health lead to?

And the causes of this lack of mental health will damage our society as they were with a lack of social perspectives. They will be deviating from the state of well-being and will end up like a social evil. Society is the place where millions of words come and mentally unstable one will find this as irritating mosquitos around his ear.

It will disturb him like a whirlpool. When no people are with this lack of health it will badly affect the system. Mental health care is not just a medication to heal one’s sorrow or keep him sleepy over days or even painkillers. We have to give our attention to this care.

We know that health starts with family. From childhood make children face failure and accept their mistakes. Make them find the meaning of concern. Tell them that they are not supposed to give pain to any other living being.

Make them feel that being alone will make their life an old bureau. children are the wealth of a nation. So start the care from them to the society. Teach the youngsters to face breakups and lose, teach them to make good decisions.

Make the elders realize that what they think was all right. Not be entangled within the customs. Be the change. It is all about our own wish to become mentally healthy in this fast-growing world of technologies.

Technologies are away from the state of mind. So don’t compare ourselves with them. Believe in yourself. Believe that you are the only person who is willing to do this. Seek professional help in need.
